Place for cutscenes? - Guild Wars Forums

I was doing the mission Ruins of Morah. Kinda towards the end of the fight, I disconnected. I get back on and what do you know? I'm sent forward to the next area, and well, if you've done this mission, I'm quite sure you'll understand my confusion..

Anyway, what I'm asking is if there's some place where I can watch the cutscenes. Have been looking around Youtube, no help there.

Are all towns supposed to disappear from my map?

Where are you? If you are in the realm of torment, then you can exit to get back to the "real world". Or go to your guild hall then go where ever you'd like.

And if you are in prophecies, then its becuz you went through what is called the Searing. If this is the case, welcome to the rest of the game. Also, you would not be able to go back to complete the previous mission-like quest for this particular scenario. Once in post-Searing, you cannot go back to pre-Searing unless you make a new character. You can search "guild wars the searing" on youtube and should find the right cutscene if you want to watch it so badly.

@RedDog91 - He said he was doing Ruins of Moriah which is a few missions away from the end of Nightfall.

@OP - Once you enter the Realm of Torment, you have no real map anymore. As you work on a quest or mission there you will be able to see your local surroundings via the mission map (U), but nothing else. As DeanBB said, you can leave the area by clicking on the Vortex Icon. To reenter you click on the same Icon on the world map.

I got inside the Realm of Torment, but that's not the map I'm talking about. I went back outside, trying to get back to the mission NPC, and looked at the map there. Not a single town or outpost was visible, except for the one I had just arrived at. Though relogging resolved that. Managed to do the mission once again and didn't disconnect this time

Although, I still would like to know of a place where you actually get to watch the cutscene again. Reading the dialogue is just not as exciting, and some cutscenes cannot simply be rewatched as they're activated at the end of a quest, rather than at the end of a repeatable mission.
